Privacy policy

1. What stays on your device

When you use Sada, selected media, recordings, project names and metadata, edit decisions, waveform information, temporary export files and settings are stored or processed locally on your device. Sada does not send your audio, video, projects, exports or editing activity to us or to RevenueCat.

Sada may ask for microphone access when you choose to record, media/audio access when you choose to browse device audio, notification permission for long-export status, and foreground-service access so a user-requested export can continue reliably. The Android system picker can grant access only to files you select.

2. Purchase data

Sada Pro is sold through Google Play. If you load the Pro offer, purchase it or restore it, Sada uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to obtain the localized offer, validate the purchase and keep the Pro entitlement available across reinstalls and devices.

Those services may process purchase history, product and transaction/receipt information, a random RevenueCat App User ID, and technical app, device, platform and store information required to provide and protect the purchase service. Sada does not give RevenueCat your audio, email address, name, phone number, contacts, advertising ID or behavioral editing history, and does not use advertising or attribution integrations.

We use this purchase information for app functionality, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, support, accounting and aggregate commercial analytics. It is transmitted using encrypted connections.

3. Service providers and disclosure

Google Play processes payments under the Google Privacy Policy. RevenueCat processes purchase and entitlement data for us under the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. They act under their own legal and security obligations. We may also disclose limited information when required by law, to protect users, or to establish and defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data, show ads, or share data for cross-company behavioral advertising.

4. Retention, deletion and control

You control local content. Delete projects, recordings and outputs using Sada or your device's file tools. Clearing Sada's storage or uninstalling it removes app-private data, but files exported to Downloads or another location remain until you delete them there.

Purchase processors retain transaction and entitlement records for service, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting and legal requirements. To request deletion of the RevenueCat customer record associated with Sada, email us with the copyable Purchase support ID shown in Sada Settings. We will delete data where legally and technically possible. Deletion does not itself issue a refund, erase records Google must retain, or cancel your rights under consumer law.

5. Security, children and changes

We minimize transmitted data and use encrypted network connections, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Keep your device updated and protected.

Sada is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided data through purchase support, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

We may update this policy when Sada's features, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. Material changes will be communicated in the app or store listing when appropriate.
