1. Using Sada

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Sada on compatible devices through Google Play, subject to these terms and Google Play's terms. You may use Sada only with media you own or are authorized to record, access, edit and share. You are responsible for your content, backups, device storage and compliance with copyright, privacy, consent and recording laws.

Do not use Sada to violate law or another person's rights, interfere with the app or purchase systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or reverse engineer the app where applicable law permits us to restrict it.

2. Free features and Sada Pro

Core recording, range editing, waveform navigation and standard MP3/WAV export remain available without payment. Precision commands in the red-playhead panel are included in Sada Pro. Sada Pro is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the Pro features offered at purchase and future advanced on-device Pro features for as long as Sada supports them and your purchase remains valid.

Bug fixes, security and compatibility work, performance improvements, accessibility, translations and refinements to existing free features do not become Pro merely because they are released later. A feature included in the free first public release will not later be moved behind the paywall.

Prices and taxes are displayed and charged by Google Play in the available local currency. Google Play handles payment. Pro access is normally tied to the Google account that completed the purchase and may be restored without a time limit using Restore purchase. Restore is not a refund.

3. Refunds and revoked purchases

If Sada Pro is not right for you, you may request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours, subject to Google's decision and policy. For additional help, contact us within 7 days after purchase. After that period, duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, verified technical failure and other exceptional cases are reviewed individually. Mandatory local consumer rights always apply.

A completed refund or charge reversal removes Pro access. It does not delete your recordings, projects or exported files, and free features remain usable. Purchase-state changes can take time to arrive from Google Play.

4. Availability, updates and responsibility

Audio results can vary by source format, device, settings and available storage. Preview important work and keep backups of original media. Sada is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, repair or discontinue the app, while honoring applicable law and the commercial promises above.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of recordings, profits or data arising from use of Sada. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
